I highly recommend Tomball Ford, which I’m not even sure it’s the dealership itself… David Montoya has made every bit of this vehicle purchase easy, fun, & he got me into one of my dream trucks, a 2025 F150!! This is the second vehicle we bought from him & we are truly impressed with his knowledge & consideration when finding us the right vehicle. If you are in the market for a vehicle… 10/10 would recommend David to anyone!!

I brought my daughter’s vehicle to Ford Tomball for an engine recall repair. After two weeks, I was informed that the replacement engine was on backorder and there was no ETA for when it would arrive.
The frustrating part was that when I received that call, a loaner vehicle was not initially offered. I had to ask about transportation and was first told I would need to pay to rent a vehicle. Since Ford was keeping the vehicle due to a recall issue, that didn’t seem right to me.
After I explained my concern, the team at Ford Tomball called back later that same afternoon and made things right. They provided a loaner vehicle with only a $50 refundable deposit and put me in a brand-new Bronco while my daughter’s vehicle was in the shop.
I want to be fair in this review—Ford Tomball came through in the end. They corrected the situation, took care of us, and redeemed the customer service experience.
I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that Ford improves the loaner process for recall repairs so customers aren’t left without transportation while waiting on backordered parts.
We picked up my daughter’s vehicle on March 6, 2026, and everything is working well. The staff ultimately stood behind their customer, and I appreciate that.
And I have to admit… driving that Bronco may have created a future customer. I may very well be back at Ford Tomball soon to buy one.
