EDIT: I’m not upset in the price of the premium. I understand things happen. What I am upset is the fact there was no communication on your end on premium increase. The old TWFG insurance rep kept communication well. I saw the price increase with little to no time to react accordingly, bought for only a month and found something better. Changed my policy after. The broker got his commission and I was referred to collections for not wanting to pay his commission. He did absolutely nothing. Also, I saw that you put the exact response you gave me on someone else’s review. It’s clear you don’t even read these/ care. I’m not the type of individual to put one star reviews, you can check my other reviews if you like. I was working with an insurance rep that was with TWFG. To my understanding he doesn’t work there anymore. My account was transferred to this office and Richard Bunch was assigned to my account. A few days before my renewal was up, I received notification through email that my insurance was up for renewal. The insurance that I initially had went through the roof and And there was not a single phone call from this office. They did not bother to help me out at all or even shop around The insurance. Since I was short with time, I decided to go with the insurance that they provided me for only one month. This gave me a chance to shop around for a better policy and after one month I found a significantly better policy. I canceled my insurance that was given to me by TWFG and went with The better option. Now the old insurance company is sending me a bill, because they paid Richard Bunch His Broker accommodation, when in actuality, he did not do a single thing for me. And now, the insurance company is threatening to take me to collections. Do not use this branch. Whatever they say in response to this Google review really doesn’t matter. I’m sure they have my number in their system like how the old insurance broker did. If they want to contact me they can that way.
