Before I get into the reasons for this negative review, any prospective home buyer should know you have the authority to demand a different title company. We were advised this by our attorney, but unfortunately too late to avoid Verde.
I recently used Verde title when purchasing my first home, and my experience was extremely disappointing. They were hands down the worst part of closing on our house and we felt forced to use them by the seller.
From the start, there were numerous delays and a lack of communication. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, I was often left in the dark about the status of my paperwork. When I did receive information, it was often inaccurate or incomplete, causing further delays and frustration.
Additionally, the staff seemed unorganized and unprofessional. On several occasions, I was given conflicting information, which only added to the confusion and stress of the process.
This lack of efficiency and professionalism not only delayed my transaction but also caused significant stress and inconvenience. I expected a much higher level of service from a company in this industry.
I hope Verde Title takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their communication and organizational skills to better serve their clients in the future.
