Very rude. They close your bank account without notice. Then you call them and the reopen it and say you need to make mobile deposit and they give you the green light, once it’s deposited they decided they were going to hold my funds until sep 2nd, mean while my boys started school without anything new at all, and I’m literally forsaking and delivering pizzas so my kids can eta dinner tonight , but I have 1300 in my account for 5 dad the bank just wants to hold it . Thanks for ruining my boys first week of school. TRASH BANK …..RUN

They have a help desk immediately inside main doors so no guessing where you need to go for help. I opened a checking account which has no fees at all and comes with a debit card that you receive on site no waiting for it in the mail. Associates were extremely polite and helpful to assure my needs were met. Obviously I would recommend this banking institution to any and all without hesitation. They also have multiple entrances as well as multiple drive up teller stalls.

Rude, unhelpful, & irresponsible - opened an account & they did not complete a P.O.D., right of survivorship, or even a beneficiary, even though that is STANDARD BANKING PROCEDURE! The money stuck in limbo isn't a big deal, but the poor handling & abrasiveness of some (not all) employees, should be addressed. I would warn everyone against using this bank - it is no longer a friendly, small town bank.
