I want to say how much I appreciate the excellent customer service by Erica in June, 2026. There was a problem with my metal notary embosser and after checking to make sure there was nothing I could do to fix the problem with the sliding latch to keep the embosser closed, Erica promptly and efficiently took care of getting another embosser ordered which I received in a couple of days. My only complaint is not with the companyor service but with the manufacturer. Plastic is inferior to use on the sliding latch to keep the embosser closed for obvious reasons. It would be great to have that relayed to the manufacturer. Thank you Erica, much appreciated.
